Advanced MP technology has a dedicated staff of supply chain experts who have the skill required to simplify inventory distribution of large volume of product across multiple EMS locations globally and with efficiency. Provided services include consolidations, rebalancing, redistribution of inventory with visibility, accounting and cataloging.
To facilitate the management and re-balancing of the customer's excess inventory, Advanced MP Technology holds and maintains control over the inventory for a designated period, balancing the inventory through redistribution amongst EMS locations, as well as maintaining inventory for future demand for the customer.
